We are looking for a full time qualified IT help desk support that will install and maintain desktop systems and provide user support in a networked environment. The ideal candidate must have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office, desktop hardware and basic network knowledge. He/She will also have great troubleshooting abilities attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

Monday - Friday, 8 hours (Full Time), Entry-level position

Responsibilities Include:

  • Setting up workstations and peripheral devices
  • Respond to user support requests
  • Installing and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications

Requirements:

  • Must currently reside in Hawaii for consideration
  • Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position
  • Diagnostic and problem solving skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Customer service skills
  • In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
