IT Help Desk Job at Hawaiiana Management
We are looking for a full time qualified IT help desk support that will install and maintain desktop systems and provide user support in a networked environment. The ideal candidate must have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office, desktop hardware and basic network knowledge. He/She will also have great troubleshooting abilities attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
Monday - Friday, 8 hours (Full Time), Entry-level position
Responsibilities Include:
- Setting up workstations and peripheral devices
- Respond to user support requests
- Installing and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
Requirements:
- Must currently reside in Hawaii for consideration
- Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position
- Diagnostic and problem solving skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Customer service skills
- In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
