IT Help Desk Support (Tier 1)
Job Summary:
Tier 1 Tech needed to assist in all hardware & software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Ideal candidate will be able to interact with our staff and be able to commute to our branch locations as needed.
Job Type – Full time
Benefits: Insurance, 10 days PTO plus 7 corporate holidays
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot End-user problems quickly & efficiently (on site sometimes required)
- Deploy / install computers, network equipment, and general hardware
- Troubleshooting networking issues
- Work with the IT team to monitor & work with our ticketing system
- Work with & maintain the asset management system
- Perform surveys & tech audits
- On call in case of emergency
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with unifi networking solutions
- A+, Network+
- Experience with Dell Sonicwall
- Working HIPPA knowledge
- Working knowledge of O365
