IT Help Desk Technician
State Technical College of Missouri is actively searching for an experienced IT Help Desk Technician. This position will work in a fast-paced educational environment with with troubleshooting and resolving problems with hardware, software and internet connectivity issues on individual and campus-wide systems. This position would help with responding to inquiries through the help desk ticketing system, telephone, email, and/or in-person contact with students, faculty, and staff members.
Preferred Qualifications: Associate’s degree in network technology, computer systems, network administration or related field; bachelor’s degree preferred. At least 2 years’ experience working in a help desk environment. Professional demeanor in dealing with students, faculty, and staff is required.
