Transend MSO, Inc. provides administrative support to New Oakland Family Centers, a comprehensive behavioral health and substance abuse provider for consumers across Michigan, in both outpatient and partial hospitalization settings

Location: Southfield primary; other locations as needed

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm or other full time equivalent

Reports To: President / Director of Operations / Business Operations Supervisor / IT Supervisor / IT Administrator

Compensation: $20-25/hour. Commensurate with experience.

Position Summary:

The Information Technology Helpdesk Assistant will work closely with our Information Technology Supervisor and Information Technology Administrator. They will provide technical helpdesk support, hardware and software setup and troubleshooting to our staff. This position will be office-based and may include travel to locations where equipment may be located..

Essential Duties / Functions:

Operating, transporting, adjusting, and installing and/or configuring computer and related equipment and programs.

Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities.

Configure and/or add new services as necessary.

Hardware and software installation, setup and maintenance.

Communicate with technology users and staff to identify, document and resolve problems.

O365 interface experience.

Experience using PowerShell (preferable).

Performing simple repairs and troubleshooting to computing and related equipment.

Continuous communication with leaders/peers.

Fulfillment of all initial and ongoing training requirements.

Actively participate as a positive member of the clinic environment.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent. High proficiency working in the Office 365 environment. 2+ years IT help desk experience. Must have valid driver license and approved driving record.

Working Conditions: Staff is to dress professionally at all times following dress code policy. Staff will need to be prepared to be actively involved with clinical staff, consumers and administration.
