The IT Helpdesk Help Desk Technician, is responsible for providing telephone, email and walk-in support to agency employees in the use of agency technology. Provide first-line diagnostics whenever possible and make referrals for specialized technical support. This role provides first line diagnostics and support whenever possible and refers issues to higher tiered personnel as necessary to ensure the smooth operation of all technology throughout the agency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least two years of relevant experience is required – or –
- A combination of experience, education/training in lieu of degree
- Experience with Active Directory and Network Administration or other enterprise level support is preferred.
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Science is preferred
