ITAC Solutions is helping one of our Guin, AL clients in their search for an Information Technology Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for interfacing with management and staff, recommending IT policies and procedures and continuously improving the company’s effectiveness.

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
- Outline and support strategic plans for implementing strategies, policies, and procedures
- Communicate with management and staff to maintain PCI compliance
- Evaluate organization objectives and identify problems
- Work in team environment with IT team members, clients and vendors
- Lead effort to implement automated inventory management
- Design and implement customer loyalty applications; operations applications; export applications
- Implement disaster recovery, back-up procedures and information security
- Prepare annual budget and forecast requirements
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years of related work experience
- Ability to work with and manage vendors
- Maintenance of LAN based information systems
- Project implementation experience (ERP preferred)
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
