Key Responsibilities:

· Work with upper management to identify the Company’s information technology goals and how to achieve them.

· Develop new network troubleshooting strategies to help reduce downtime and decrease maintenance costs.

· Manage and oversee IT operations, including network infrastructure, hardware and software support, security, and data management.

· Stay up to date with new network technology and reporting this information to the executive team.

· Work closely with management to anticipate the Company’s IT growth needs and to maintain the infrastructure accordingly.

· Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

· Lead the maintenance on the internally developed company database.

· Develop and manage IT-related projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources.

· Work with the HR Manager to ensure employees comply with IT policies and procedures.

· Develop and implement IT project management best practices, ensuring that projects are delivered in a consistent and efficient manner.

· Create rational strategies for upgrading the Company’s network software when a new update is available.

· Evaluate IT project performance against project goals and objectives, identifying areas for improvement.

· Manage all acquisitions and dispositions of IT hardware in an efficient and cost-effective way.

· Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of IT services to all departments.

· Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively use the company's technology tools and systems,

· Identify and mitigate IT-related risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of IT experience
• Expert knowledge of IT best practices, policies and regulations
• A clear understanding of client/server technology and network architecture
• Good communication, including writing, speaking and active listening
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Advanced leadership and conflict management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Great project management skills, including organization, planning, time management and prioritization

Working Conditions:

· Full-time employment working on-site in a traditional office setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
