Job Overview:
As an IT Support Analyst level 2, you will be responsible for escalated service desk support for users across all our corporate locations as well as remote users working from home.
The systems you will support include a focused set of on-premises and cloud-based software applications as well as hardware support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Responsibilities:
- Provides primary day-to-day service desk support across the company, including on-site and remote users. This includes desktop, laptop, mobile devices, and peripherals. Software includes Windows 10, proprietary software, business productivity applications (Office 365), etc.
- Works well with the Service Desk team and ensure that SLAs pertaining to technology such as desktop, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, telecom and audio/visual technologies are met.
- Resolves service desk issues as assigned, facilitating knowledge share with exemplary documentation on implemented resolutions.
- Communicates and escalates issues relating to supported environments (infrastructure, desktops, applications, etc.) as required.
- Assists in the documentation of IT related policies, processes & workflows.
- Carries out necessary tasks and work items relating to assigned projects outside of the normal Service Desk duties.
- Asset management and Inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
- ISP management and coordination.
- Participate in on-call support rotated every 6-weeks.
- Any other duties needed to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and support our Core Values

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience
- Office 365, Windows 10 Certification highly desired
- SharePoint Online administration experience required
- Education: 2-year degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience in supporting Microsoft based clients with proven troubleshooting skills
- Experience managing users and resources in a Microsoft AD/AAD Hybrid environment
- Experience managing a Microsoft Modern Workplace environment including Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online
- Experience supporting a Microsoft Remote Desktop Service Farm
- Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktops
- Experienced in creating technical documentation (technical, process, workflow, etc.)
- Experience with printers, workstations, and peripherals
- Proficient with MS Office and Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel, etc
- Proven experience and understanding of fundamental networking & connectivity concepts.
- A driven, results-oriented team player who has strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability and motivation to learn new technologies quickly with a desire to work in a fast-paced, evolving, growing, dynamic environment.
- Exceptionally detailed oriented and excels in time management

Occasional lifting is required, but not excessive.
Position Type/Hours of Work:
This is a full-time exempt position, hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 pm in a professional office environment
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand
- No travel is expected for this position
