Premium’s IT Support Specialist provides technical assistance and support related to computer systems, both software and network, The IT Support Specialist will run diagnostic programs, determines and implements solutions, and communicates clearly and effectively with non-technical end users.

What will you do?
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, smart phones and tablets
- Train computer and tablet users
- Maintain daily performance of computer and/or tablet systems
- Respond to queries by phone, email or in person
- Investigate error messages and determine resolution
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks, Wide Area Networks, and other systems
- Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software
- Clean computers and tablets
- Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur

What experience should you have?

- Experience building custom PC's
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with multiple technologies including but not limited to: phones, tablets, PC's, Mac, and printers.
