We are looking for a dynamic and committed IT Support Technician to join our team. Hybrid remote position. Ideal candidates will live in California.

The IT Support role is a primarily customer-facing position. The IT Support provides friendly and efficient technical remote customer support to end users of Westmont Living’s computer systems, including hardware and software systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in a technical environment
  • A demonstrable blend of at least 1.5 years of technical support experience and/or education to include:
  • Previous experience in IT or other technical customer service position/s
  • Education or certification courses related to systems administration, technical support, or network support.
  • Ability to think critically and perform with minimal supervision

Knowledge of:

  • Well versed in a Google Suite environment including Google Data Studio
  • Ability to communicate with others.
  • Well organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to assist with simplifying complex processes.
