NightRider Janitorial Services is looking for a talented leader to run our company operations in the evening hours (4pm to 1am, Mon thru Fri).
In this position, you'll be directly involved in planning the daily cleaning schedule of over 100 cleaning technicians operating throughout the capital region.
You'll spend most of your shift visiting customer accounts to conduct quality inspections (in a company car), helping to train new team members, taking care of any emergency situations that come up, and building a great company culture centered on providing superior quality services to our customers.
The characteristics we're looking for include being detail oriented, organized, energetic, strong leadership skills, and an internal drive for excellence. You must be great with people and have the skills to bring out the best in a team.
This is a senior leadership position with one of the largest veteran owned companies in the capital region!
Base Salary is between $56,000 and $60,000, with plenty of room for advancement based on superior performance.
