Position Title: Janitor/Custodian

Reports to: Maintenance Manager

Work Location: Warrensburg, MO

We have an exciting opportunity at our Warrensburg, MO facility. The Janitor/Custodian will be responsible for

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform cleaning/disinfecting of all areas of the building as directed

• Clean/disinfect all restrooms twice per shift (toilets, urinals, counters, sinks, mirrors)

• Clean/disinfect breakroom after every break (counter, sink, microwaves, refrigerators, tables, chairs, etc.)

• Clean/disinfect all high contact areas (door handles, wall switches, etc.) frequently

• Clean and restock paper towel and soap dispensers in breakroom and restrooms

• Clean and restock hand sanitizer stations

• Gather all trash and put in outside container

• Keep all floors clean by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming

• Clean glass doors and doors/windows in entryway and lobby

• Dust tables and chairs in entryway, lobby, offices, and conference rooms

• Wipe down window sills, pictures and walls/ceiling in entryway and lobby

• Clean baseboards as needed

• Perform routine upkeep/maintenance of exterior areas (eating area, flower beds, etc.)

Other duties as assigned

• Maintain inventory of all janitorial/sanitizing supplies (min/max). Inform MRO when supplies are needed

• Inform Maintenance if light bulbs need to be replaced

• Inform Maintenance if repairs need to be made

• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to perform work responsibilities safely and follow all safety rules and regulations

• Must be able to work in a factory environment with exposure to noise, dust, heat, cold, moving machinery and forklift traffic

• Must be willing and able to work overtime as necessary/required
