Kaiyuh Services, LLC is seeking a part-time Janitor to join our team. This position keeps buildings in clean and orderly condition and performs heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.

Location: Work will be performed in Green Bay, WI

Work Hours: 8-12 hours per week on average (more hours available if willing to clean at another job site). We are flexible on the schedule but the work must be completed between Tuesday-Thursday between 8am-5pm.

Note: An average of 8-12 more hours are available per week if this person would like to perform cleaning duties in Neenah, WI as well.

Rate of Pay: $19.23 per hour to include a $500 sign on bonus which will be paid out after the completion of 90 days.

Primary Duties include:

• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them
• Gather and empty trash
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Must have the ability to carry heavy objects of up to 50 pounds
• Ability to push, pull, stoop, bend or stand for long periods of time
• Prior janitorial experience preferred

WORKING ENVIRONMENT: The majority of work is performed in an indoor setting and interfaces with a wide variety of people with differing functions, personalities, and abilities.
