Janitorial Shift Lead Job at Unique Cleaning Service, Inc.
Unique Cleaning Service, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead Janitor to support our team at a facility located in Warrenton, VA. The primary work schedule is during the evening shift and the candidate must have flexibility to support other shifts. The successful candidate will maintain buildings in a clean and orderly condition by performing routine maintenance functions. We are looking to fill this position with a candidate that is detail and service oriented.
Duties:
- Clean and service restrooms and adminstrative areas.
- Dust and empty trash containers.
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning and toiletry supplies.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Provides hands on assistance to janitorial staff
- Assists with management and training of Janitorial employees
- Inspects all buildings before and after clean-up
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years commercial janitorial experience
- Minimum of 1 year supervisor experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be a self starter, punctual and reliable person willing to be a team player at all times.
- Background check required that includes fingerprinting.
- Lifting of heavy supplies and materials.
- Stripping and waxing floors experience a plus!
