We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Janitorial Duo to maintain cleanliness and hygiene of select facilities. The ideal candidates will work as a team to ensure that all areas of the facility are clean, stanatized, and presentable.

ALL OFFICES (including office located in the mobile office located within the warehouse)

• DUSTED & WIPE DOWN EMPTY SURFACES OF ALL OFFICE DESKS
• EMPTY GARBAGE CANS
• CLEAN DOOR AND WINDOW GLASSES
• VACUUM AND WET MOP FLOORS

DINNING ROOMS

• VACUUM AND WET MOP FLOOR
• DUST & CLEAN COUNTERS, SURROUNDINGS AND ALL FLAT SURFACES
• CLEAN ALL MICROWAVES
• WIPE CLEAN DINING CHAIRS AND TABLES
• EMPTY GARBAGE CANS – PLACE RECYCLING IN RECYCLING DUMPSTER

ALL BATHROOMS

• CLEAN ALL BATHROOM MIRRORS
• CLEAN AND DISINFECT ALL BATHROOM FAUCETS
• CLEAN AND DISINFECT URINALS
• CLEAN AND DISINFECT TOILET SEATS
• CLEAN AND DISINFECT AND WET MOP BATHROOM FLOOR
• FILL UP PAPER TOWELS AND SOAP
• FILL UP TOILET PAPER DISPENSERS
• EMPTY ALL GARBAGE RESEPTACLES

ALL CONFERENCE ROOMS (including conference rooms located in the mobile office located within the warehouse)

• DUST & WIPE DOWN CONFERENCE ROOM TABLES AND ALL FLAT SURFACES
• VACUUM FLOOR
• EMPTY GARBAGE CANS – PLACE RECYCLING IN RECYCLING DUMPSTER

Hard Flooring

• In addition to swept and mopped each servicing a protective coating will be applied once monthly

This position is will work under the a union agreement . Medical / Dental / Vision benefits provided via Union contract if hours are met.

THIS IS A DRUG FREE WORK ENVIORMENT

Work hours must meet union labor guidelines to be eligible for medical dental and vision.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $26.28 - $29.82 per hour
