Responsibilities Include:
· Greet with enthusiasm, engage, and educate to understand the customer’s needs.
· Committed to building customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist in maintaining an attractive store appearance in both cleanliness and product presentation.
- Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Working as a team to achieve individual, store & company objectives.
- Handling transactions efficiently and accurately
- Maintaining high security standards
Desired Skills and Experience:
· Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required. If you value challenging work, enjoy being in a team-oriented environment and excited about delivering the “Aloha Spirit,” we want you to join the most professional, successful, dedicated team in the jewelry industry.
· Strong work ethics with high integrity

Compensation:
- Hourly Wage
- Up to 5% Commissions Paid Bi-weekly on all sales
