Job Description:
Provide assistance with but not limited to job coaching, job prep, and follow-along. Responsible for the implementation of the Community Employment Program. Develop rapport with work sites in the business industry. Coordinate problem solving activities with referring agencies and seek necessary technical assistance. Be responsible for as requested monthly documentation as required by Vocational Rehabilitation and Community Employment Manager.
Qualifications:
Business, Marketing, Social Service, Special Education or other related experience preferred, but not required. Related experience encouraged to apply.
Open availability and assist Employment Training Specialist as requested
Job coordination and job prep
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Problem solving aptitude
Ability to organize and multi-task
