This is an exciting opportunity at a boutique Investment Advisory firm for an Operations Associate with a passion for client service and a desire to make a meaningful impact. As a key member of the team, the right candidate will work directly with the founder/CEO, a Marine Pilot Veteran, who built the firm on strong values supporting transparency, integrity, and teamwork.

The Position: Operations Associate

Compensation: $55K-$65K + Cash Bonuses

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Supports client accounts and onboard new clients
  • Coordinates with asset custodians and serve as a liaison between clients, advisors, and custodians
  • Reports client cash management and manages internal programs and systems
  • Provides resourcefulness across teams
  • Being available 24/7 for client needs

Requirements:

  • Having strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Having attention to detail, especially for ensuring checklists and all necessary steps are taken for clients' delight
  • Financial services experience preferred, including proficiency in Advent APX - Salentica and eMoney
  • Having proven experience handling multiple priorities in dynamic environments
  • Having proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Having a strong work ethic and the ability to operate with different personalities
  • Having the ability to protect confidential client information
  • Having the ability to prioritize time-sensitive projects without direct supervision

Qualifications:

  • Having over two years of financial services experience
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is desired
  • Experience in performing data entry and consistent data management is preferred
  • Having outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Having strong attention to detail and time management skills set
  • Experience in prior remote work is needed
