Field Sales Leader

Shack Shine, the leading house detailing company specializing in window washing, gutter cleaning, power washing, and Christmas light installation, is seeking a top-performing salesperson to join our team as a Field Sales Leader. We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual who can help us continue to grow and expand our business in the rapidly growing Seminole County area.

Responsibilities:

As a Field Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and generating leads through various channels, including:

• Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Conducting neighborhood marketing, canvassing, door-to-door sales, job site marketing, and commercial job site scouting to generate leads
• Following up with leads via phone and email to schedule appointments and close sales
• Conducting on-site estimates and sales presentations
• Working closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of projects
