SUMMARY:

Will support and manage both electrical and civil construction crews in planning, scheduling and permitting of all construction related to electrical and civil work. Will rely on previous experiences to offer alternative solutions to uncommon problems while keeping the customer’s needs close at mind.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· A willingness to travel when required.

· Interprets various documents (e.g. CD’s, diagrams, wiring details, manufacturers specifications, etc.) to ensure proper installation of AC/DC power systems using technical expertise.

· Follow all state and federal safety regulations (OSHA, local vendors, etc.) while working in an efficient and productive manner.

· Install, modify, and troubleshoot line voltage on a cellular site, up to 200 Amp services

· Required to work at heights installing telecom equipment/materials on rooftops and ground based equipment shelters and platforms.

· Site walks pre and post construction.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Licensed Electrician in the state position is posted.

· Willingness to acquire reciprocity licenses in adjoining states as needed.

· Tower and telecommunications experience a plus.

· DC primary and secondary power systems a plus.

· Self-motivated.

· Safety conscious.

· Hard working.

· Desire and ability to learn new skills in a face paced environment.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and workflow.

· Acute attention to details with solid communication skills.

· Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

· Willingness to travel, sometimes overnight when needed

· Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

· Onsite at job locations.

· Potential exposure to outdoor elements.

May require a valid driver’s license and a recent Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets SAC’s requirements to drive a company vehicle.
