The Wholesale Payments Product Delivery organization is responsible for scaling and integrating payments platforms across Commercial Banking and the Corporate & Investment Bank, by defining the product strategy, segmenting clients and packing solutions against these segments, determining the end-to-end delivery strategy, managing product launches and enabling the sales teams.

About the Team
Real Time Payments has been built from the ground up, and RTP Product is responsible for all areas of new business development. These areas include: product design, go-to-market strategy, sales deployment, and collaborating with key partners in technology, operations, service and support, legal, risk and compliance, sales and marketing, revenue and profitability. Real Time Payments has seen significant growth at JP Morgan is being used by fin-techs, gig economy companies, and mid-sized/large corporates alike.
The Real Time Payments Product team, is a nimble, flat organization where all members are expected to operate independently as well as contribute across all areas, participants and stakeholders.
About the Position
Senior Associate - RTP Product Management is a global role and comes with a responsibility for engaging regional teams to coordinate development strategy, roadmap, and execute build-out of RTP products. This includes developing our network through corridor expansion enabling the bank to connect with local clearing systems as well as internal product groups. In addition, this role will support the commercialization strategy and activities associated with launching new product capabilities in the market.
Additionally, in this role you will:

- Stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation
- Find ways to drive efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation while embracing the innovative opportunities offered by new technologies
Responsibilities:
Success in the role will require a self-starter, capable of close collaboration with key technology partners, project managers, as well as engagement with client facing teams, Compliance, Legal, and other stakeholders
- Execute the RTP program delivery strategy partnering with tech, sales, product solutions teams, operations and others
- Coordinate build-out of payment distribution network through internal channels, clearing connectivity, helping to identify interdependencies
- Track and manage deliverables from various cross-functional teams, assist in regular reporting on overall program health
- Develop an understanding of local clearing networks, mechanics behind new disbursement methods
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in banking product management or development, BA or BS preferred
- Experience in payments, particularly faster payments as well as international cross-border settlements a plus
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships with business stakeholders, execute on strategy and development priority
- Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions in a complex tech environment
- Agile mindset- both in how you deliver solutions with technology partners, but also in managing competing priorities and client demand
- Experience with Sales, Technology, Compliance, and most importantly- clients
- Presentation skills - making and delivering presentations to a varied audience
