Job Description:

• 
  3-5 years of experience required

• 
  Research, develop and deliver effective solutions to support infrastructure systems, ensure the application has current and emerging technologies.
• Carry out ServiceNow Integration with tools like Discovery to populate CMDB data
• Monitor CMDB health using predefined CMDB metrics and perform remediation activities to restore CMDB health
• Design and maintain process documents for modules implemented in ServiceNow.
• Serve as a part of technical specialists in service delivery and transitional projects; monitor servers, address any issues raised and ensure that contracted services are met.
• Provide on-call cover and out of hours support
• Discover AWS services like EC2, Cloudwatch, Dynamodb using Discovery patterns and applying knowledge of Unix commands.
• Develop complex SQL queries with multiple joins to help tableau developers create CMDB reports
• Discover middleware products like Weblogic, Tomcat, Apache.
• Apply subject matter knowledge and be responsible for coordinating the activities related to infrastructure (network, telecommunications, basic software, hardware, servers) and database involving the definition, development and maintenance of procedures.
• Oversee the study and implementation of new processes and techniques for the area
