Our on-site campaigns are in high demand as we end 2022 and enter 2023, so we're looking for 3-4 new Junior Account Managers for an ASAP start. As a Junior Account Manager, you'll be working full-time as part of our on-site sales & marketing team representing a brand to the public at pop-up events and in retail venues.
Initial Junior Account Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Collecting and coordinating marketing materials (brochures, banners, etc) for upcoming events
- Expanding brand awareness and overall customer base through face to face customer interactions at event sites throughout the region
- Setting up branded displays on behalf of well-known clients at different venues across the local areas including retail settings, sporting venues and other areas with heavy footfall
- Meeting and greeting existing and potential customers and engaging them in conversation
- Answering customer questions, addressing customer concerns, and occasionally handling customer complaints
- Processing a small number of sales transactions/long term donor sign ups for customers that express an interest in the product or service being discussed
- Researching our clients to gain a better understanding of how you can promote their brand and engage with their customer base

Requirements:
- This IS NOT a remote position. You'll need to be able to come into the office on a regular basis for training and other purposes
- Junior Account Managers need to be 18+ years of age and eligible to work in the USA
- We're looking to get the right people started ASAP, so please be prepared to interview and accept the position within 2 weeks of your application (otherwise please withhold your application until you're ready to start)
- Previous experience working with customers is essential (for example: retail sales, food service, reception/hosting/etc).
- Experience working as a team leader, shift supervisor, account manager, department management or similar is also recommended
- Business degrees and coursework are also helpful, but we provide extensive training, so it's not entirely necessary
