Our law firm is looking for a Junior Attorney to join our property tax appeal department. Candidate must have passed the New York Bar Exam.
Candidate must also be proficient at Microsoft Excel, have excellent verbal communication skills, and have an excellent work ethic. Real Estate/Finance/Valuation background is a plus.
This is a 5-day/week in-office position. We work as a team; you need to be in the office to learn and add value.
Description of firm:
The tax attorneys of LJBPC represent commercial property owners in their real estate tax protests. We appeal the real estate tax assessments for properties throughout NYC. These tax assessment challenges consist of administrative and judiciary proceedings before the NYC Tax Commission and Supreme Courts.
