Job Summary:

POWDR is looking for a Junior Marketing Analyst to join the POWDR Marketing team. The Junior Marketing Analyst is a new position on the Omni-Channel Strategy team, which is responsible for creating scalable channel strategies and marketing innovation across the POWDR portfolio that drives new customer acquisition and existing customer retention in a way that maximizes Return on Investment (ROI) and business growth. The Omni-Channel Strategy team does this by leading the portfolio's marketing Go-To-Market strategy, channel performance, and management of the tech stack.

The Junior Marketing Analyst will support the marketing team by measuring and monitoring marketing analytics, managing select marketing channels, researching consumer/industry/cultural trends, and generating insights to inform marketing innovation across the portfolio. They will work closely with the POWDR Marketing and Technology teams as well as trusted partner agencies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Analytics for Marketing Channels
Support portfolio-wide marketing analytics, in partnership with the Director and select agencies, by measuring/monitoring KPI's and creating actionable insights

  • Lead website analytics (using GoogleAnalytics and working with partner agencies) including refining KPI's and automated dashboards, capturing portfolio insights, and managing monthly calls between the agency and BU's
  • Lead social media analytics (using Sprout tool) including refining KPI's and automated dashboards and capturing portfolio insights
  • Lead AI powered chat analytics (using Satisfi tool) including refining KPI's and automated dashboards and mining the existing data for insights about brands, products, services, etc
  • Support anayltics for other marketing channels as needed including Paid Media, Email, SMS, SEO, and App
  • Support the creation of a standardized, monthly 'Marketing Dashboard' that will be used by each BU

Management of Marketing Channels
Support the management and strategy of portfolio-wide marketing channels to promote best practices, sustainable adoption, and innovation

  • Support website management (Hoorooh), which includes project management for marketing relevant projects (ex. component audit/redesign and standardized UX/UI of product pages) and support the roadmap development of the platform to ensure it stays on the cutting edge of customers' needs and expectations
  • Support social media management (Sprout), which includes developing a universal tagging structure and managing Sprout's account admin
  • Support AI-powered chat management (Satisfi) by leading the onboarding for new resorts onto Satisfi and supporting the roadmap development to ensure the portfolio is using the right tools in the best ways possible
  • Support management and strategy for other marketing channels as needed including Paid Media, Email, SMS, SEO, and App

Research & Insights for Portfolio Innovations
Support the execution of research and provide insights to drive change across POWDR as the portfolio evolves and expands

  • Secondary research to identify game-changing innovations
  • Primary research to better understand existing customer expectations

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field (such as Business, Marketing, Economics, or Data Science)
  • Experience with analytics tools/software, including GoogleAnalytics
  • Experience in Excel using advanced skills such as charting, pivot tables, and functions
  • Experience with data visualization tools
  • Proficiency in MS Office
