We are currently seeking an exceptional Junior Marketing Specialist to join us at our bustling Riverwalk Innovation District campus on the North Andover line. This is an exciting role within a creative, collaborative team that handles all things Lupoli Companies - including pizza shops, high end restaurants, casinos, retail products, fitness centers, luxury apartment communities, and much more. You’ll work as the right hand to the Marketing Director, supporting with social media, events, administrative projects, PR, graphic design, email marketing, content development and project management. THIS POSITION IS ON-SITE, IN-OFFICE.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with a variety of administrative and marketing projects
- Assists with ordering merchandise and promotional materials
- Assists with signage, in-store promotions and events
- Creates email marketing campaigns with Constant Contact
- Creates social media content with Sprout Social
- Creates graphics with Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator
- Handles monthly marketing reports
- Updates various websites using Wix and Squarespace
- Actively participates in team meetings, offering creative ideas/solutions
Requirements:
- Must have excellent computer skills
- Must possess strong organizational skills, be able to multi task, and have superior writing skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant business experience
- 2+ years of marketing experience
- Very strong writing skills
- Experience in Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Sprout Social, Squarespace, Wix, Constant Contact, PowerPoint, Excel, Constant Contact, MailChimp and/or similar softwares helpful but not required
- Must have positive, energetic personality and ability to build relationships
