Essential Job Responsibilities
- Scale all ingredients for all doughs and batters to exact specifications and within the time given
- Perform all assigned cleaning and preventative maintenance duties
- Record and log all production data accurately and within the time gives
- Maintain records, bake and rack product and scale and mix materials
- Follows Safety and HR protocols policies and procedures
- Be able to follow food, health and safety requirements
Essential Requirements
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Have ability to complete standing tasks for up to 12 hours, based on product being made
- Proficient math skills with great attention to detail
