We are looking for an Brand Ambassador with the ability to pop up for demos, events, patient appreciation day's and staff training. This person must exhibit a willingness to establish great relationships based on trust and integrity along with exceptional communication and follow through.

This is a part-time position, 15-25 hours per week, 3-4 days per week. Pay is based on experience and knowledge in the cannabis industry.

Qualifications:

• Passion in knowledge in solventless cannabis products.
• Must be able to travel within the assigned territory with your transporation.
• Able to sit or stand for 8 hours a day.
• Per state requirements/law you must be 21 years of age or older.
• Available Tuesday-Saturday's for scheduling events and demos.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Live within Sacramento County.

Responsibilities:

• Represent Kalya Extracts & Community Cannabis Solventless Ice Water Extract Brands.
• You will be responsible for visiting retailer accounts and providing training, knowledge, and education to your assigned account areas.
• Your objective will be to work autonomously but in sync with the sales and marketing team to coordinate and take care of your territory.
• Comfortable with public speaking and phone calls. You will be required to reach out and setup scheduling for budtender trainings, demo's and patient appreciation days (PAD's).
• Traveling around different assigned parts of your territory.
• Work closely with the sales admin team, sales reps, and marketing team to capture what details and strengths are important during each event and demo.
• Use our CRM and other platforms to communicate, note and work together as a team.
• Work to build strong relationships in the field and with the teams you are working with.
• Relay data, comments, ways we can help grow the team back to the managers, admin and owners.
• Comfortable working remotely with a tablet and computer to join calls, meetings, and provide trainings.
• Set up and break down vendor equipment, tables, chairs, merchandise etc. on the day of the event, demo, training.
• Promote the brand at events, demos and trainings.
• Interactive and talkative with customers, managers, buyers and industry consumers.
• Have reliable transportation to get to and from events assigned in your territory.
• Have a clean driving record.
