In the role of DD4K Concierge, you are the face of the practice, you ensure that each patient visit is an ideal appointment, where the patient arrives value-ready, proceeds smoothly through their interactions with the team, and leaves complete for payment and appointed ahead. In this way, you contribute to creating patient value, maintaining ideal relationships with patients and referring doctors based on mutual value, and to protect the practice economics that drive our success.

CONCIERGE MISSION

You are primarily responsible for patients arriving and departing from the practice. You work with patients and their parents one-on-one to help them achieve and maintain ideal and lifelong relationships with their care team.
