These positions are available in a kosher restaurant and strict adherence to kosher dietary law is absolutely imperative. Instructions are given either by a rabbinic representative or the ownership/management. Front end prep: Position requires ability to follow precise directions in preparing all manner of dishes required by the station, from side dish placement to sandwich preparation and salad assembly. Safety and organization is a must. Orders are placed by attending guests, take-out orders by any one of the online services or diwebsite customer orders. Preparing the station for service and post service cleanup is required.

Prep/Dishwasher: This position requires all manner of dishwashing and sanitizing as required as well as cold food preparation. This involves produce preparation, condiment resupply for all stations and meat handling/preparation. Must communicate with and work well with others. Someone with good command of the English language is sought.

Kitchen Prep: Preparation of all ingredients and components necessary for the production of the dishes on the menu. Maintain inventory and inventory logs and reorder schedules. Knowledge and compliance of sanitary regulations is mandatory. The applicant for this position must maintain organization of the prep and associated storage area including the walk-in and reach-in refrigerators as well as the walk-in freezer.

Cook: Our dishes are already well established. The applicant will maintain an orderly and sanitary environment and be able to work under pressure and time constraints. Be sure to prepare all foods in the proper manner as established. Free-lancing recipes and methods without consultation and approval by the management is not an acceptable practice. Free spirited adventurers are discouraged from applying. Good communication with strong English capabilities is essential.
