Laboratory Assistant Phlebotomist

Western NC Community Health Services (WNCCHS) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). We are looking for a full-time talented and highly analytical Laboratory Assistant Phlebotomist to support our laboratory staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Includes but not limited to the following:
- Collect and prepare samples for testing using various laboratory equipment
- Maintain all laboratory records
- Comply with correct procedures, policies and health and safety regulations
- Prepare/process samples for further analysis by other medical professionals
- Order and stock laboratory supplies
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two years’ experience
- Postsecondary technical course, on the job training
- Have knowledge of lab procedures
- Working knowledge of medical office operations
