Laborer
Minimum Salary: $15.45 per hour
EPC (Executive Personal Computers), a premier IT equipment re-marketer, has an opportunity at the Wright City, Missouri facility for an individual to:
- Conduct hand disassembly of end-of-life computer assets (systems, monitors, etc.)
- Properly sort and prep material to be fed into the large shredder
- Unload and transport material using a pallet jack
- Recognize and remove materials off fast-moving conveyor lines
- Other duties as assigned
Working Environment:
- Moderate noise levels throughout the day
- Should be open to extra hours, such as weekly overtime, in a fast-paced environment
- Help maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
Skills
- Knowledge in using basic hand tools
- Basic computer skills
- Strong work ethic
Physical
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to work 8-hour shifts while performing the duties of this job
- Must be able to regularly bend, twist, and reach
- Use a pallet jack to move equipment from dock to workstation
- Must be able to handle IT equipment by reading and identifying serial printed letters, numbers, symbols, and model information with a small font size
Personal Skills
- Must be able to work well with others
- Ability to follow directions
- Good communication skills
- Must have a high awareness of safety practices in a warehouse setting

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
EPC rewards eligible individuals who are currently serving, or who have served, in the U.S. Armed Forces with a sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment.
