With the season fast approaching, Tikor Black is looking for motivated, reliable team members to begin in early May. We are a asphalt maintenance company based out of the Cedar Rapids. Tikor Black is looking for full-time crew members to join our fun, hard-working asphalt sealcoating and repair team! We are a reputable, established local business working through out the Cedar Rapids area and vicinity . No experience is necessary, as we train crew members on-site part-time and full-time positions available
The ideal candidate is someone who will work hard, have a positive attitude, and works well with current team members and crew leads. We are looking for additional team members who are professional, has an ability to interact with customers, work safely, and contribute to our Rockstar team. Must be able to work weekends!.The asphalt and sealcoating laborer position includes physical labor that includes bending, standing, lifting and operating sealcoating equipment, weighing up to approx. 30-50 pounds. Mechanical Knowledge is a plus.
Pay rate for the asphalt and sealcoating laborer position is based on experience. Starting pay with no experience/while in training, begins at $14-16/hour. The position for sealcoating laborer is seasonal (through approx end of October. , however, depending upon skill sets, there may be opportunity for promotions/work year-round with our other business ventures.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
