Land Development Assistant Project Manager Job at Jaindl Land Company

Jaindl Land Company Orefield, PA 18069

About us

The Jaindl family owns an inherent connection to the land we grew up on, farmed on, and raised families on. We see land development as more than a business, it’s our responsibility and our legacy. Not unlike farming, it enables us to work the land and bring out the elemental value it provides. Most importantly, we do this while preserving the sanctity of our countryside and its natural resources.

Our land development projects are expressly designed to move our communities forward and economically benefit the greater good. Year after year, we work our carefully planned model of sustained growth. It's about so much more to us than business. Our industrial and office projects have created more than 12,000 jobs in our region and account for over $15 million in local tax revenue annually. Industrial and commercial lands developed by Jaindl Land occupy more than 14 million square feet of thriving real estate. We developed 500 residential units through the first 30 years and over 6,000 units over the past 20 years. We create and support many new business opportunities including land for sale, gas stations, multifamily homes, hotels, shopping centers, farms, retail spaces, and office spaces for sale or for lease.

Additionally, public improvement remains at the forefront. We've spent more than $100 million in private investments for developing the public-serving areas in our community. It's been our commitment since the 1930’s and this meaningful purpose remains our future vision.

We’ve long held a belief to do right by others. It’s our passion for the Lehigh Valley that fuels our work with a certain grit and grind. We've seen many changes over the past half decade, and we've always done our part to improve our communities through responsible land usage that enhances our communities, beautifies our visages, and provides opportunities for our neighbors.
