Landscape Architect/ Designer Job at Jean Brooks Landscapes
We are looking for a talented and experienced Landscape Designer to join our team. You will work on a one-to-one basis with our Lead Designer, as well as our President to create and implement the design process. You'll also work independently on a variety of tasks related to setting/meeting design goals, new client meetings, site visits, project planning, and communication. In addition to this you will coordinate and work to support the organization as a whole, working frequently with each department head.
The Landscape Designer position is a full-time, salaried position based in Jean Brooks Landscapes office in the Admiral’s Hill neighborhood of Chelsea. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and manage landscape projects independently and part of a team
- Act as the point of contact between the president and clients
- Handle client and potential client requests
- Assist in researching client materials (nursery visits and plant tagging) & preparing presentations
- Manage a schedule of meetings, appointments, and design time
- Accompany President/Lead Designer on site visits
- Maintain and keep track of time and expensesActively assist in creation of social media content
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year

Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Sketchup: 1 year (Preferred)
- AutoCAD: 1 year (Preferred)
- Landscape Design: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
