We’re looking for a hardworking Landscape Laborer to perform tasks that will help us maintain the premises of our clients properties. As a Landscaping Laborer, you will assist with landscaping and maintenance of our company grounds, with a focus on gardening, planting and general outdoor care. You should be no stranger to outdoor work in all seasons. You will also be tasked with removing debris after storms and snow removal in cold weather. The ideal candidate has physical strength, good manual dexterity and a high degree of safety awareness. This role is best for someone who enjoys working outdoors and staying active.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain grounds by weeding and mowing lawns.
- Remove dead plants, weeds, clippings and debris from the lawn and flowerbeds.
- Inspect properties regularly for pests, repairs or damage; ensure that there is adequate irrigation and fertilizer use.
- Maintain client properties with weekly mowing, trimming, and edging.
- Prepare flowerbeds for planting by removing rocks, stones, gravel soil.
- Trim hedges using hedge trimmers; remove dead branches; plant new shrubs when necessary.
- Must have a valid drivers license and experience towing trailers.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
