Position Description: Senior Maintenance Crew Leaders are responsible for positive external and internal customer experiences that result in trust based relationships and leading teams to maintain a growing profitable portfolio of commercial, municipal, residential and HOA landscape maintenance accounts.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• assist Maintenance Account Manager in meeting budget and cost guidelines
• work with Account Manager and Production Supervisor to implement and enforce JT Landscaping and Lawn Care policies and procedures related to proper upkeep and maintenance, storage, use, and training required for all vehicles, equipment and tools
• lead and successfully supervise your team in, quality, safety, productivity
• ensure all projects are completed within guidelines, budgets, and work hours
• effective proactive communications with internal and external customers that results in meeting any request or concerns
• Ensure that direct supervisor is fully aware on day of any request or concerns from customers
• complete all tickets assist Account Manager in closing PO’s
• ensure safety on every project by enforcing safety standards, training and meetings
• consistently monitor job sites for potential safety hazards
• read sign and enforce company policies per company handbook

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

• Minimum 5+ year landscape Maintenance Crew Leader experience
• 7+ years landscape maintenance experience
• thorough working knowledge of landscape industry basics:
• landscape maintenance
• landscape construction
• irrigation systems
• plant and weed ID
• equipment utilization
• accurate, safe application of: fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides * strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• proactive organizational and time management skills
• effective conflict resolution and critical-thinking skills
• capability and knowledge of IT devices and internal computer programs such as Aspire, and other applicable computer programs
• strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office , Google docs and sheets, dropbox applications
• valid driver's license and ability to meet company guidelines for driver eligibility
