Our owner is Tim, a young entrepreneur who started this company with a big vision. We are looking for crew leads to join our team. Here is an outline of the role:

Job Requirements:

• At least 18 years old
• Great Attitude
• Punctuality
• Dependable
• 1-3 years of Experience
• Clean Driving Record
• Leadership Skills
• Current Pesticide Application License Preferred

Performance Requirements:

• Responsible for the safe application of pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers used in landscape maintenance and construction
• Ability to perform granular and liquid fertilizer applications, pre-emergent and post-emergent applications, with backpack and tank
• Will and desire to help grow a newer role into a thriving department for the company

Compensation is depending on experience (DOE). This is an hourly position. Typical hours are Monday-Thursday 6:30am to 6:30pm. This depends on the time of year and daylight. Overtime on Fridays may be required during busy periods. Our pay range for this position is $24 - $28/hour.
