We are seeking Team Members and Team Leaders in the following areas:

• Landscape Maintenance
• Landscape Construction
• Irrigation
• Turf Management

About The Job:

• Use hand/power tools to maintain lawns
• Repetitive movement such as standing, walking, twisting, turning, bending, squatting, and stooping
• May operate motorized vehicles
• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs daily
• Regular exposure to outside environment including rain, cold, sun, or night.
• Transportation provided to worksites from central location in Overland Park, KS
• Team Leaders must have a valid driver license

Hours:

• Monday through Friday starting at 7:15am – 40 + hours a week
• Weekends may be necessary when there are rain and weather delays

Qualifications:

• Positive and professional demeanor
• Possess willingness to learn new skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Reliable transportation to the Shop
• Can-do attitude and have the ability to problem solve and work together

We hire from other industries and skillsets such as general labor, roofers, roofing contractors, construction, sprinkler technician, restaurants, retail, warehouse workers, window cleaners, power washers, pressure washing, lawn maintenance, landscape general labor, and many others. We offer Fertilization and Weed Control, Mowing, Trim Services, Irrigation Repair, Tree & Shrub Health Care and Home Pest Control.

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
