Compensation:$120,000+ yearly DOE
Responsibilities:- Strategic and tactical oversight and direction of cases
- Review case documents prepared by Supporting Attorneys as needed
- Take depositions, attend mediations and other legal proceedings as needed
- Help to advise clients with weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action
- Work with members to communicate with clients, carriers, and experts regarding case developments and strategy
- Preside over paralegals and administrative assistants in connection with completing client projects
- Successful completion of accredited law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree
- Licensed to practice law in Colorado
- Prior experience working in a law firm for a minimum of 3-5 years required
- Experience in Civil Litigation, preferably Construction Defect or General Casualty/Insurance Defense
- Well-versed in legal research software (Westlaw)
- Able to work independently while handling multiple files
- Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required
- Ability to use Microsoft Office is required
