We are a growing professional corporation with two locations (Victorville and San Bernardino) that is committed to providing behavioral and emotional wellness to individuals, couples, and families. The corporation provides services to children, teens, adults, and older adults from all walks of life. There are immediate openings for LCSW's, LMFT's and LPCC’s (no Associates at this time) who are motivated, passionate, and engaged therapists to join the group practice and grow together as a team and understanding that it will take time to build up a caseload.

Assistance getting paneled with Insurance and Employee Assistance Companies will be provided. The onboarding process is based on each insurance company in order to become fully paneled/credentialed with the insurance companies and your patience throughout the process is greatly appreciate.

All administrative tasks, such as, but not limited to the following: billing, scheduling, insurance paneling and insurance verifications are managed by the office staff, which allows the therapists to focus on providing the best therapeutic services to the customers.

Great percentage pay (Independent Contractor) and/or W-2 Option, therapists’ choice.

Option for In-person (Office) scheduled appointments and/or teletherapy from your home office.

Completely furnished and inviting office with a home like setting.

Plenty of parking spaces at both locations.

Consultation with the CEO/President and/or other license staff as needed.

Offices are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily.

HIPAA compliant utilizing an EHR platform.

Direct deposit of payroll bi-weekly.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be fully licensed in the State of California (active, unrestricted license) as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

Abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed within the professional field of mental health.

Must be willing to make a commitment to maintain an ongoing caseload of a minimum 12-customers weekly, including some weekends.

Must be able to work independently and have good writing skills.

Have great listening skills.

Have strong interpersonal skills and be a team player oriented.

Experienced in utilizing evidence based therapeutic interventions with customers.

Maintain and have an upbeat, positive, and compassionate attitude.

Must not be associated/working for another group and/or private practice. However, working for City, County, State, Federal and/or Non-Profit Community Service agencies is ok.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:

Perform clinical therapeutic/counseling services to customers in accordance with the corporation outlined processes and utilizing forms.

Conduct intake assessment and maintain accurate clinical records of customers, which include obtaining family history, completing mental status exams, and making sound and solid diagnoses.

Always maintain confidentiality of customer material and practice in an ethical and legal manner.

Maintain liability/malpractice insurance.
