Nightingale Rooftop Restaurant and Bar in Holly Springs is seeking a Lead Bartender to join its leadership team, in anticipation of a Summer 2023 opening!

If you are ready to help launch this exciting new destination in downtown Holly Springs and are seeking a place where your passion for hospitality and creativity at the bar will be rewarded, then we’d love to hear from you!

Experience working in full-service dining with a well-developed wine, beer, and cocktail program and an upscale atmosphere is preferred, and craft cocktail experience is a must. You will receive the support you need to achieve excellence in operational standards while leading by example to encourage the teamwork, attention to detail, safety, cleanliness, and creativity that are required in order to deliver consistently beautiful cocktails, wine/beer pairings, and an unforgettable guest experience. The Lead Bartender will partner with the Chef and FOH Manager to curate the beverage menu, create cocktails that draw guests in and make them want to come back, and contribute further to the success of the restaurant through participation in planning, management of controllable costs, compliance with ABC and health codes, guest feedback, and by being a culture champion within our growing team. The ideal candidate possesses a coach’s mindset and seeks to develop others’ talents in order to drive success during every shift.

About the concept:

Perched high a’top Holly Springs is the future home of Nightingale Rooftop Restaurant & Bar. The new concept is led by Executive Chef Christy Griffith and General Manager Matt Griffith of Pimiento Tea Room, and Chris Harol, co-founder of The Block on Main, Coworking Station, and 2021’s Holly Springs Business Leader of the Year.

The globally-inspired small plates dining experience, paired with a cocktail-forward beverage program, will usher in a new era of nightlife to Holly Springs’ rejuvenated downtown district. Views from both the rooftop patio and private event space elevate any occasion, from date night to late night!
