Lead Grill cook/ Jr sous chef Job at Trust Restaurant Group
The Acclaimed Fort Oak tucked back in Mission Hills is in search of a really talented individual to help run the hearth in the kitchen. This Hearth is a wood fired grill with a Santa Maria fly wheel. It is a busy fun station cooking all types of proteins and vegetables in and around the fire.
This is a possible work into sous chef position if the right fit. We focus on attention to detail with the emphasis on seasoning and a constant ever changing menu.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
