What You Will Do:

Lead Maintenance Technician

Menomonee Falls, WI

Full-time. The first shift.

Consistently leads an assigned team to inspect, maintain, repair, and install mechanical, electromechanical, pneumatic, and/or hydraulic equipment at the plant and/or pump stations.

PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Lead Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the buildings, common areas and equipment in the best possible condition for the Company. Ensures all buildings, structures, equipment and appliances are in good working order. The position oversees a variety of maintenance tasks, often with outside vendors/contractors, including mechanical repairs, basic electrical, plumbing, repairing windows, flooring, fencing, roofing, concrete, janitorial, landscaping and HVAC maintenance. The Lead Maintenance Technician supports the Operations Manager in maintaining the property in compliance with State and Federal regulations.

What You Need:

Education / Experience / Background

• High school or GED with the ability to read, write and comprehend English (operational, process, safety and quality instructions) and be able to carry out verbal and written instructions.
• Over five years experience in a related position in a similar environment with ability to comprehend complex specifications, blueprints and manuals.
• Must have the ability to diagnose problems regardless of complexity, troubleshoot mechanical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic equipment, and take corrective action within policy and procedure limitations.
