NorthKey Community Care is seeking a full-time Lead Medical Billing Team Member to provide day-to-day guidance, training, and workflow to medical billing team members in a behavioral healthcare setting.

Lead Medical Billing Team Member - Qualifications
- Associate's degree or above is strongly preferred.
- Prior medical billing/credentialing experience is required. Behavioral healthcare experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Skills in analyzing billing issues to formulate logical and objective conclusions and/or recommendations for solutions.
- Proficient in the use of computer and business software (in particular Electronic Health Record systems and Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel).
- Effective communicator with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Capability to build and maintain effective relationships with people at all levels within and outside organization.
Lead Medical Billing Team Member - Job Duties
- Work in partnership with the Billing Manager to assure all billing and credentialing processes are completed timely and accurately.
- Provide monthly performance and tracking reports as instructed such as A/R amounts, denial issues, and updates regarding all claim payment issues.
- Update and maintain current billing and credentialing procedures, visit adjustments, billing matrix, and credentialing processes.
- Provide day to day guidance, training, and workflow to billing and credentialing team members, which includes guidance, training, coaching and audit feedback.
- Ensure goals are achieved which includes assisting in hiring, on-boarding, and development of new and existing staff.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
