Responsibilities
- Task out your team with setting up materials, tools, and other equipment
- Must follow all health and safety rules and regulations at all times
- Expect always to be learning with the ability to adapt to change
Qualifications
- Experience with managing teams of up to 5 people
- Experience running commercial painting projects
- Ability to read DTO, takeoffs, and proposals
- Follow and give clear instructions
- Ability to tasks out and estimate hours for the day, week, or month
