Welcome to Lil Explorers. We operate centers in Rogers, Buffalo, Otsego, St. Michael, Plymouth, and Andover. We are looking for Teachers, assistant teachers and aides to join our Prior Lake team at our brand-new center!

Duties will include, but not limited to the following:
Help execute weekly lesson plans
Help maintain an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages exploration
Builds strong relationships and maintains frequent communication with families
Collaborates with parents to achieve success for their child
Uses expertise and knowledge to adhere to state licensing requirements
Assures compliance with State adult/child ratios
Assists with light cleaning and preparing the room for care
