At JumpStart Autism Center (JAC) we pair Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy (the science of learning) with Precision Teaching (the science of teaching) to empower our team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to make moment-to-moment, independent, data-based clinical decisions with learners. The Lead/Senior Behavior Technician positions:

• At least 1 year of certified experience in behavior analysis or related fields (lead)
• At least 2 years of certified experience in behavior analysis or related fields (senior)
• Center-based services in a supportive team environment
• Early intervention classrooms allow specialization with early learners, intensive support learners, or transition readiness learners
• Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Full-time positions (guaranteed 30-40 hours per week)
• Part-time positions (guaranteed 20-30 hours per week)
• Block schedules ensure no major gaps in your daily schedule
• Opportunities to fill session cancellations with direct therapy hours or administrative activities all at your regular pay rate
