Lead Talent Acquisition Advisor
Rose Street Advisors is seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition Advisor to champion and grow our executive search platform, Rose Street Recruits. We are looking for a dynamic individual who excels in business development and will own all aspects of the full cycle recruiting function. This is an exciting opportunity to expand on an already successful portion of our HR consulting services.
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Developing strong client relationships by providing positive, professional recruiting services
- Assessing specific client staffing needs and develop a recruiting strategy
- Writing creative and effective job advertisements
- Sourcing both active and passive candidates using tools like industry specific job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, cold calling, and various social media platforms
- Proactively developing and maintaining relationships with recruiting sources
- Tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of recruiting sources
- Completing job analyses, including compensation recommendations
- Summarizing candidate qualifications and presenting to hiring managers
- Developing business relationships through customer service calls and the proactive marketing of candidates
- Developing and implementing a strategy for the growth of Rose Street Recruits
- Observing marketing trends and developing best practices for identifying and placing candidates
- Developing and maintaining a social media presence for the talent acquisition function
The ideal candidate will exhibit the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Positive and resourceful individual, who is capable of relating to both customers and candidates
- Confident professional who is comfortable working directly with customers
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and various social media platforms
- Exceptional oral, written and electronic communication skills
- Demonstrated HR business knowledge of employment regulations
- Process oriented, yet flexible around business needs
- Strong level of ethics and integrity
- Project management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Physical Environment:
- This position has the option of a hybrid arrangement and/or at the Rose Street offices in Kalamazoo
- Visits to client companies are required as well as attendance at HR related functions within the community
Education & Work Experience:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a closely related field
- Significant demonstrated experience in talent acquisition
- Talent acquisition certification is preferred
- Prior people management experience is preferred
