Leadership - Leadership Development Program
Provides exposure to many different areas within a production division with the intent to move into a Leadership position.
The primary goal of the Leadership Development Program is to learn to support both Associates and Leaders. Throughout development, team members will support associates as well as groups of 3-5 Team Leaders and 25-35 Associates. They will multitask, as they will be focusing on JUMP (JASPER Unified Management Plan) tactics to drive improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and customer service for their areas. They will work on many projects at one time so strong time management skills are required.
Engineering or Business Management degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
